Why is Tim Burton my Media Hero.
The reason I chose Tim Burton as my Media hero is because of how he has his own unique style which he can adapt into any film in which he directs or produces. Tim has a dark and Gothic style, which is really shown in the film Sweeney Todd: Demon Barber on Fleet Street. Even though Tim Burton has this dark and gothic style, although this might not been shown through the story, but through visuals, just like he did with Alice in Wonderland and Charlie in the Chocolate Factory. Both of these films are not dark or gothic but that have that strange visual appearance in which I as a viewer find really well done and a style in which i reckon only Tim burton can create successfully.

Timothy Walter, known better as Tim Burton, is an American film director, film producer, writer and artist born in Burbank, California in 1958.
The style in which Tim Burton creates his films are in a dark, Gothic and quirky-themed, which is well shown in films such as Alice in wonderland, Sweeney Todd, Beetlejuice and Batman Returns.
Tim Burton graduated from CalArts in Santa Carita, California in 1979. With the short film he created "Stalk of the Celery Monster", which was a success gained the attention of 'Walt Disney productions' animation studio. The animation studio offered Tim a animation apprenticeship at the studio.
